Swim Playdate

We had a fun day at a friends pool on Monday and a friend took these for me since I didn't have my camera. It was cloudy and even sprinkled a few minutes, but it soon cleared up and we had a great time swimming and then had a nice lunch by the pool with all their friends. Its been a long hot summer and we are trying to squeeze in a few more fun days before school starts.

Bryce's Color Party

Sunday I threw Bryce a little party with his friends. It was a color party, with foods of different colors, Everyone wearing their favorite color, some color games like twister, and then a bunch of balloons, which were an afterthought. Wouldn't you know it the balloons were the hit of the party! Until the presents came along. It was fun with his 4 buddies from church, Michael, Daniel, Sabre and Kyle.

Bryce turns 3!

We had a fun family party for Bryce the Saturday following the 4th. He got his favorite things, tools, Thomas trains and Disney Cars.

Happy 4th of July!

We had a great day for the 4th. Full of family, swimming, and good grilled food! This was the first time we let Bryce stay up for fireworks, and the ones in the distance were great, the ones above my parents roof, not-so-much. He was scared of those so he went inside. We had great fun at night though when Cindy brought out her $1 box of sparklers from Target. We did not have high hopes of getting one lit after a few duds, but once we got one lit a party started! I discovered my camera was making really cool effects with the sparklers, so I went crazy taking pictures. It was a lot of fun we would have missed if we had gone downtown like we used to.
